We ship primarily by Canadapost
We will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or stolen packages shipped by this method. If a package is not delivered you will have to wait until a postal claim can be filed (45 days), We will not refund or send replacement parts until the claim is finalized.
All orders over $100 or 1 kg. in weight will automatically be sent by Expedited business service.

We ship once a week every Friday, sometimes more if volume demands.
We ship Internationally as well, please contact us for pricing and shipping options.
***Note to International buyers: Due to recent events and lost packages sent Internationally by Small packet rate we will no longer send parcels with a value over $100 overseas without a tracking #. They must be sent EMS expresspost, the cost is higher but it protects both parties should your parcel go missing.***
