Any time you are using tools you need to use common sense and the proper safety equipment specific to that tool, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask are a few of the basics. We take no responsibility for the use/misuse of tools while building this kit. Information here is for guidance only. Please take your time and be careful. MMM

R. Decal set x 1
S. Light caps
So there's the parts list now we will break down the assembly for each component, you will want to prep all your resin parts before priming and painting Tutorial here
The gunbox has the two holes for the gun handles pre-drilled. There are reference marks for the light lens placement, switch placement and gun knobs. Wether you use these marks will depend on if you are installing a light kit or not. If you are I recommend you have the light kit before proceeding. You will need to dry fit the light kit components into the gun box and cut the holes out accordingly, since all light kits are different I cannot instruct you on particulars but i will say it's easier to do it before than after assembly. If you have any questions about light kits please consult your light kit provider.
You will need to place the base plate in place and mark the six holes according to the mounting locations, one on each corner and two in the center posts. Center the gun track onto the plate and mark it on each side then mark your 6 bolt locations. The bolts are a #10 Allen bolt with a coarse (24) thread , you will need to drill 5/32" holes into the gunbox and tap with the appropriate #10 tap. You can then drill the baseplate holes a bit bigger to allow for play. Once you have the bolts in you can trim the baseplate (.080" styrene) with a utility knife.
You can cut out the vent slots with a drill bit and a small file and sandpaper. You can also cut out the window for the bar graph the same way.
a.1.1
a.1.2
Mark holes in 6 places and drill with 5/32" drill bit ( or if your kit has the #10 brass threaded inserts drill 1/4" holes to install)
a.1.3
Drill to 3/4" depth
a.1.4
Tap holes with #10-24 tap and install bolts supplied with kit.( or tap in the inserts with a hammer, you may need to run your #10-24 tap through the insert to clean the threads after installing)
Mount the side knobs to the left side of the box, there are two reference marks here for placement location. Use a good glue or epoxy to mount and let dry thoroughly. there is a #10 bolt mounted in between the side knobs. You can drill some small anchoring holes on the back side of the knobs and on surface B to help with adhesive bonding.
b.1.1
Mount the heatsink on the right side of the gunbox using your epoxy/adhesive. You may want to drill some small holes to provide extra grip points on the gunbox area C and the back side of the heatsink.
Install with fins vertically.
c.1.1
There are 4 gun knobs, two are mounted on the right side. One is mounted on the top and the last on the face next to the R-701 clippard valve. There are two 1/8" split pins to mount the two right side knobs (d.1.2). One threaded set screw for the front knob (d.1.3) and one #4 Allen bolt for the top knob (d.1.4), drill and tap accordingly to mount these. You may want to wait until final assembly stage to put these on after they are painted silver.
d.1.1
d.1.2
d.1.3
d.1.4
Mark the location of the grips on the gun handles, you will want to leave enough room for the gun ear on the front handle and 1/2" space on the end of the rear handle
e.1.1
e.1.2 Leave enough room for the gun ear. Front handle is mounted up against the ear.
e.1.3 Leave a 2.125" gap after the grip, the remaining mounts inside the gunbox.
e.1.5 Leave 1/2" on the end
When mounting the gun handles into the gunbox holes be sure your grips are lined up correctly, attach handles with epoxy on the inside of the gunbox. You may also want to do some fake welds on the gunbox, this can be done with Aves epoxy sculpt or hot glue.
Mount the front peg with epoxy to the side of the hole in the front of the gun box. Again you can drill some anchoring holes in bothe surfaces to give extra bonding grip.
g.1.1
The two #10-32 bolts are pre-installed in the slo-blo so you will need to mark the location on the back of the gunbox face, leave 1/4" hanging over the left side, this will act as a spacer for the trigger box lever. Once you have the location marked, drill 5/32" holes and tap with #10-32 tap.
h.1.1
(The kit now comes with #10-24 brass threaded inserts for mounting the slo-blo box, drill 1/4" holes to install).
L. Clippard barbs
Mount the two clippard brass barbs on the slo-blo box at the reference marks
(There are also #10-32 threaded inserts added to the slo-blo box for the mounting of the clippard barbs)
l.1.1
M. Green hose
Green hose mounts on the two barbs, cut to length desired
m. 1.1
Mount the Clippard valve to the upper front face of the gun box as shown
i.1.1
Mark and drill the two holes with a 5/32" bit and tap with a #10-24 tap.
You can pre-finish the valve prior to assembly.
Carefully remove your baseplate, you will need to mount the V-hook to the gun track and base, there are two reference marks on the gun track. Drill with a 13/64" drill thru the gun track and baseplate, you will need to establish the location of the guntrack (front/back) based on the location of the rear cylinder.
j.1.1
The trigger box is mounted with the two 1/8" pins, the pins are mounted to the side of the trigger box and into the gun box. You need to mark, drill with a 1/8" bit and install. If you are doing switches for a light kit you'll need to install them and run wires to the gun box thru the Slo-blo box. The green lever mounts to the gunbox in the space between the slo-blo and trigger.
n.1.1
The banjo tips are installed on the trigger tip and left gun ear, the #10 threaded inserts are already installed for you. You will want to paint the banjos and trigger tip/ collar prior to final assembly. The acrylic tip can be attached to the wand handle with the desired amount exposed, the collars slip over and can be glued in place.
P. Red hose
The 5/32" diameter red hose is attached between the banjo fittings, cut to your desired length.
p.1.1
You are supplied with two 1/4" lens caps, 1 orange cap, 1 white cap and 1 clear stick on with your kit. These are not screen accurate parts but suitable substitutions.
The orange cap covers the LED on the right gun ear
The 1/4" clear lens and stick on clear lens go on the top of the gunbox to the right of the vent slots. Drill 1/4" holes at the reference marks. you may also need to drill on the inside of the gunbox to allow for LED placement.
The 1/4" red lens goes on the top of the slo-blo box, reference mark is there. You will need to drill a 1/4" hole at the reference mark, there is a void on the backside of the slo-blo box for LED placement, you will need to drill the coresponding hole in the gunbox for wire feed.
The white cap goes below the front gun knob at the marked location. You will need to drill a 1/4" hole at the reference mark and also drill out on the inside of the gun box to allow for LED placement.
You can also see from these photos where the brass hose barbs are installed and the corresponding 1/4" diameter green hose. Brass inserts are already installed.
