Q: How soon will my order be processed?
A: Orders will be processed and invoiced within 24 hours.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We ship once a week on Friday. All orders placed by Wednesday will be shipped on Friday of the same week unless otherwise notified by email.
Q: Will a tracking # be supplied?
A: Tracking #'s are available with Expedited parcel and Expresspost parcel shipping only, Small packet rates do not come with tracking #'s. If you want tracking you must indicate it on your order form.
Q: How long will my parcel take to arrive?
A: Delivery times will vary with the type of shipping selected, customs delays may also slow down your order. We cannot be responsible for delivery once it leaves our hands.
Q: What happens when items are backordered?
A: An email notification will be sent with options for your consideration
